Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire and a master of healthcare administration from Capella University. Kelly has worked as a medical social worker for over 10 years at Concord and Lakes Region General Hospitals. Kelly has certifications from the National Academy of Certified Case Managers and the National Association of Guardianship. Kelly is a resident of Franklin, New Hampshire.
